Return and Complaint Policy
1. Scope
This Return and Complaint Policy applies to all goods and services purchased through our online store jevistnitechnika.cz, operated by Divadelní služby Plzeň s.r.o., registered at Sukova 2604/26, Jižní Předměstí, 301 00, Plzeň, Czech Republic.
2. Warranty Conditions
In accordance with the Czech Civil Code, consumers are entitled to a two-year warranty period for all products purchased in our e-shop. In the event of a product defect, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. Warranty claims must be submitted within two years of the date of delivery.
3. Complaint Procedure
To file a complaint, please contact us via email at info@divadelnisluzby.cz or by phone at +420 770 199 129. Please send the defective product along with a detailed description of the defect and a copy of the invoice to our business premises: Robčice 34, 332 09, Útušice, Czech Republic.
4. Return Shipping Costs
In the case of a justified complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs for the defective product. Please contact us to receive a prepaid return shipping label or we will reimburse the shipping costs later.
5. Refunds
If the complaint is found to be justified, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product and will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
6. Exemptions from Warranty Claims
Complaints will not be accepted for damages caused by improper use, insufficient maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
7. Additional Provisions
In case of a dispute between you and our store, you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. Any legal matters will be handled by the court in Plzeň, Czech Republic.
